          NJ Property Damage Assessment

While each claim can vary, listed below are the typical steps that lead to the successful settlement of your claim:

Whether we can qualify a claim or not, your home inspection is free. The NJPDA inspector will carefully examine all aspects of your loss to determine if you have a prospective claim that we can represent. There is no obligation or charge if we believe a claim cannot be established.

If we can determine that coverage does indeed exist, it will be necessary for us to take photos and copies of any related documents to be able to prove and substantiate your loss.

Finally, a final inspection is arranged for NJPDA to meet with the insurance  company adjuster to justify the claim we are seeking for you. From this point we will negotiate on your behalf  the maximum settlement you are entitled to as a result of your loss.

Next, a scope inspection is required in order to properly assess the degree of damages that have been inflicted upon your home. Each affected area is measured and noted in preparation of our detail estimates and reports to be presented to the insurance company adjuster.

Once a potential claim can be established, we will need to review the declaration page of your policy to make a predetermination that your policy covers you for the type of loss we are preparing to present.
